Recording a teensy loss this week. Eating hasn't been to plan: I've been feeling hungry, and too many temptations - all the things I really love to eat (stollen, mince pies, pizza), but don't leave you feeling satisfied for long. I'll have to tell hubby, again, that I'm trying to lose weight, and to cook plainer stuff. He cooks, I don't. He's got used to me eating the things he likes, like pasta, while I've been 'maintaining' (i.e. gaining very slightly!).

While I'm confessing, I drank too much wine at a lunch on Monday, and nobody made me do it! But actually I ate reasonably that day, so I don't feel too bad about that.

On the plus side, I did skip dinner one night - just as well, as I was already over on calories following an afternoon get-together.

Also, I haven't got much walking in this week, as I've been very busy in the daytime. Planning a walk this afternoon which might help make up for it!

Anyway a loss is a loss - well I think it is! It's difficult to know, but I actually do have a small calorie deficit for the week, so I hope it is! And I'll keep trying my best next week. There are more social gatherings coming up though....
