Down a bit more and still doing well. I biked to work again today – as long as the weather is nice it really is a great way to get time for exercise for ‘free’ (e.g. 20 min to drive to work vs. 40 min to bike – so for a 40min time investment a day I get 80 minutes of exercise) and the hills really get my heart rate up.
