Maintenance Shocking day emotionally yesterday. Ate well. Snacked on good snacks until dinner when I got pizza. 🤔 Did a heap of exercise though including a 4 km walk, plus gardening for hours just to de-stress. Gearing up for the stress of starting back at school too. So much stress, but I will try and stay focussed. Better to eat pizza than chips and chocolate which is what I would have had before. Still drank heaps of water too. Can't complain, maintaining well. 😕

Sorry to hear about all the stress, Dee. That's not good. I have a pizza sometimes. Doesn't seem to derail me too much if I get back on my diet the next day. Take care.

Thanks Doobrie. Not doing too bad food wise considering the crappy week. I have never had cravings again for chips, chocolate or soft drink which is a bonus. Made a chicken stew for dinner with rice. I've walked over 16,000 steps to help reduce my stress levels today too which is a bonus.

Wow, I only do that many steps when we're on holiday! I'm a couch potato most days, although I am looking forward to getting back to my walking group when I'm fully recovered from surgery. Well done, you! 🙂
