It has been a almost two years since my last journal entry. I purchased a fit bit and have been using that app for tracking my calorie intake.

I continue to struggle with consistent planning and follow through with that plan. I have weighed as high as 189 but have gotten it down to 181 lately because Kathy has started tracking her cals with the weight watcher app.

We have joined a gym, Kathy is doing her personal training with Amma. Today we went to the gym from 9-10am. I feel good but can use more cardio.
