Heh, Pissed Off! I am glad to hear that you won't let this deter you! We do get pissed sometimes! Together we will get through this! Keep coming here & checking in & realize that we all have bad days & with the support you get here they should be fewer!! I am addicted! If I am online then I am not eating. Even though I am pretty committed to losing weight. First time in over 30 years! Hope we can help! So is your cutie son, Hudson Ford or Hunter James????? By the way what is induction? Have you looked at what kinds of protein, what kinds of fat and sodium contents they have? It could be that you're retaining water with too much sodium. ?? I assume that you are doing phase 1, correct? Remember to get all of your water in, especially if you are nursing, you'll need extra! ;) Keep on keepin on and it'll all work out. :) 

don't forget that weight fluctuates day by day...i find it's best to weigh just once a week, that way all those flukey pounds have time to burn themselves off! you can do it!!!  

After much debate my son is named Hunter James, my son kept pronouncing Hudson as Huntsman, and i hate spiders. Induction is phase 1 on Atkins and most low carb diets, it's 2 weeks of protein only to kick start the weight loss. You normally feel pretty crappy on it as the sugars are zapped from your body, but you come out the other side feeling great. x
