I only lost 0.6 lb, but I am delighted! Yesterday, I ate a salmon poke bowl from Sushi Shop with rice, avocado and mayo! I even had some wine!
It's my birthday next Saturday! I don't think I will be able to find foie gras in nearby stores, but I'll have beef, various vegetables, champagne and probably some dessert. I can't wait!
