I’m in the same boat. I’m staying the course though. Sometimes the ole body needs to take a break and catch up. Don’t get discouraged!

Stick with it, don't give up. The plateau will eventually break...

Try switching something in your routine. Add a few more calories, or drop 50-100 calories. Do a different exercise routine. Add a bit more fat and even if you're not doing low carb, drop your carbs lower than normal for a few days. A change can get the body moving again. Good luck! It'll come

You are stronger than that plateau. Stay the course. If you build it they will come. (from Field of Dreams)

I hit a lot of plateaus along the way and know how you feel, but every time I'd hit one they would inevitably give way, but each time I feared they wouldn't. Hang in there; you will break through.

Yep it seems to do that them dang on plateaus drive everyone nuts...but if you stick to it ....it will work some do a tweak or intermediate fasting like only eating certain hours...not suggesting that just throwing it out there;)

That's because your watching, relax and your body will to its job, like l say you can feel when your doing right.

I try so hard to avoid my scale at least 3-4 days before weighing. Not easy at all!

Thank you everyone for your support so I decided to go off my diet for a day or two just keep my calories at a reasonable level and see if that does it

Also not able to exercise right now. Currently laying on a heating pad for my back.

If it’s a TRUE plateau, it’s time to go Go lower in calories then what you were having previously. If it’s not, could just be extra water weight/poop/glycogen/possible muscle gain, contributing to the weight not moving & you could still be losing fat just fine. So give it 2-3 weeks and see if your weight moves, if not, reduce calories

IDK, a plateau lasts about 6 weeks on average, you are consuming about 700 cals a day, so I'm not sure eating LESS calories makes sense. You are at the end of week 2 and since your caloric intake is pretty low maybe evaluate the need to try to sustain the low caloric intake versus different options. I went through 4 plateaus five years ago, on average they lasted about 6 weeks and had little to no change in calories in or calories out and they were a reminder that our bodies need to adjust and we need to accept it takes time and patience while our bodies adjust. You may want to try eating maintenance for five days and 700 calories two days for a week or two. It sounds counterintuitive but your body needs fuel and 700 calories isn't enough. Just my 2 cents.
