It has been 2 months since I started getting serious about losing weight. I’ve lost 17lbs and my measurements are down 17 inches!! (Upper arms, chest, waist, belly button, hips, thighs) I didn’t think I’d stick with it in the beginning but the support of my friends here has gotten me through the hard days. Thank you everyone who has encouraged and supported me.
Onward and hopefully downward 🙂

Gaelicgal, Happy to hear your studying the old language.Bunny and l would spend alot of time in lreland, when the money exchange was right picked up some Gaelic and even studied it from books but here in sw fla.no one teaches it.everything is Spanish,French or German so trying to study it doesn't work so well by yourself cause you don't know if one is pronouncing the phrases correctly so the old language is lost to me until one day maybe.Good Luck to you with everything and be talking to ya.
