After my 1800cal lunch yesterday I am happy that I lost weight although I pretty much did not eat dinner so I guess made up for the lunch. Bought some knee straps for my knees so will be back to squatting this week. Getting my motivation back as it had dropped since Friday I think from too much exercise and restricted diet so I was a bit worn out. Looking forward to a big week.
