Started a protocol to fully replace my electrolytes due to having issues with cramping the past couple of days. Cramping has disappeared during the fast but I've seemed to gain a decent amount of weight in water as the scale has remained stagnant for the past 2 days. Would rather see the scale stagnate than wake up daily with a charlie horse, lol.
