Thanks for the support yesterday - YOU ARE ALL AMAZING !!!!! -THAT IS SUPPORT I NEEDED AMEN - yesterday had diet soda , Cajun catfish and shrimp , broccoli both with liberal butter - water - onion rings Hardee's - 1/3 to 1/2 pound hot Tennessee Williams sausage,whole onion , 1/2 jar mushrooms , butter , oregano, garlic with liberal butter in fry pan - ice cream cone -
Moderate exercise but I guess body burning again - This is good before Easter and almost back to low weight again - In honor of positive people everywhere , I salute you, bless you, love you all -
