Greek yogurt. Just Greek yogurt. I legitamtely eat at least 2 servings every day. 1 cup of Greek yogurt has over 20g of protein. Try FAGE or OIKOS. You can mix in fruit or granola

Anything liquid (drink wise) powder form is usually the easiest/quickest way to down protein. Premier Protein brand drinks have 30g for example. Really just depends on what you feel like eating

I like the premier protein shakes - they are low carb and low fat. plus they taste pretty good. But like others have noted it is a personal preference based on your WOE.

Depends on what type of protein your asking ....meat or plant based? Or as quick snack ---Raw Almonds, Raw Walnuts.....I agree with Jerky as long as it is lean....Tuna....a few others. If your looking into supplementation ---whey protein or small amounts of Casein as found in milk....notice I stated small amounts. Large doses may do more harm than good (same as portion control)......Hard boiled egg......Bison, Beef-a-lo (lean sirloin mixed with Bison), Ostrich ----96% Lean sirloin, Lean Ribeye ( I prefer shaved thin), Soy, Legumes....
