Hello Great people, lovely application right? Superb to stay motivated. 1,63/65kg at 48 is just not acceptable for me. Am determined to lose 5 kg in 3 months by training 3 times/week: one with a personal trainer , one will be Zumba, the last is a kind of CrossFit style.
