Today marks 4 months since starting these life changes. I’m down about 28 lbs and 27 inches. Over the last month I’ve lost about 6 lbs and 7 inches total (arms, chest, waist, belly button, hips, upper thighs) I have to remember this when I have a slow week! My body is very different than it was 4 months ago even if I don’t always feel successful from day to day. I’m so glad I didn’t give up like I have so many times before. Thanks to everyone for helping me get this far!❤️
