Well I did excellent keeping my calories low all day yesterday because I knew I was going bowling with some friends last night. My friend got herself a bunch of food to share with all of us, but I kept it at a few French fries... even though I was drinking vodka. I did come home and have a handful of grapes and a Laura bar... but still stayed under my count for the day. Woo! Didn’t get my nightly walk in, but I did do some squats and crunches with a 15 lb bowling ball. 😅 I also bowled over 100 all 7 rounds. 🎳
Today I’m attempting the same strategy because today is her daughters birthday party, and there is a promise of 🍰. There’s rock climbing and all kinds of neat activities at the place she’s having it so I’m going to try to sneak little workouts in while I’m there, too.
