Ok Christmas and new year is over now. Have enjoyed the parties the wine / the vodka / the food. 🍾🍷🍤🥂🍱🎂🍰 but now my tummy is saying no more. And gaining weight again. So doing 2 days fasting starting today and healthy eating. Hopefully 2019 I can get to my goal weight of 51kg. 👍
