Oh my goodness you guys! I can not get used to how well zigzagging works. I always expect a drop after a low calorie day, but a lot of times it doesn't go down at all or just a tiny bit. But how many times now have I had a nice drop after an "up" day, following those low calorie days? I am so happy to announce that, if the scale is not teasing me and downright LYING for all of the four times I weighed this morning(ok 5 LOL) I am down another 1.6 pounds to 122 even! Only 2 pounds from goal! Wow I am really excited about this one, but I kind of don't believe it. It must be April Fools again. I guess that means I lost 3 pounds this week! But maybe some of that was lost last week and just didn't show up because of water weight. Happy happy joy joy! :) It's going to be pretty out today, hopefully it won't be too windy to take Kaelyn strolling. I didn't do much cardio yesterday, I kind of had an easy day and just worked on strength training and toning. I'd like to do a little of both today, I need to maintain my muscle.
