I was following a Keto eating plan up until the holidays and then my plan went south and my weight north. I blame it on spending a lot of time with our adult kids and in-laws and trying to out-cook each other. And then there were all of those meals eaten out at a variety of pubs and eateries. It was all too much for my all too weak will power. Regular exercise also succumbed. So, here I am starting all over again and getting back on my physical exercise routine (mostly Pickleball) and exorcising bad eating habits. Wish me luck. I'll surely need it!
