Nearly a week into it. So handy to watch where the calories and sodium is coming from. I have just finished dinner and I have only hit 1225 cals, and I feel so stuffed! I actually feel a bit sick, and it really was a small portion for dinner if vegie stew with rice, with grated cheese. I previously would have eaten two or three times as much as I just did, and then hunted around for dessert an hour later.
Thank goodness I have reached this point of feeling full so quickly.
Will go for a walk in about an hour...am uncomfortably full right now. 😊
