I haven't lost any weight this week - in fact, this morning it said I gained 2lb. I've been walking more, putting on muscle - but I've also been trying to eat more to the point that I don't feel well.

I think I am going back to eating what I want, when I want and see if that helps.

Suzanne are you recording all of your food? If so, you need to add some fat to get your calories up. USe butter, heavy whipping cream, mayo, and olive oil. That will help increase your calories without making you feel like you are trying to stuff yourself. And you might try adding more veggies also. I am sorry that you are having such a hard time getting this WOE right for you! If you need help, please don't hesitate to ask. That is what we are all here for!

And truly since the 3rd of June which was 7 days ago, you have lost 3 pounds. You have lost a total of 9 pounds in 15 days, which is atually a very good weight loss. And weight can fluctuate as much as 2-3 pounds a day. I often find that my weight goes up a little just before I lose more. My average weight loss has been 1-3 pounds a week for months now, so you are right there!! Hang in there and don't get discouraged!!! Remember the slower you lose, the more likely you are to keep it off! You can do this.

If you weigh every day, you will see natural ups and downs because our body is made up of up to 60% water. Things like sodium, sore muscles from exercise, hormones, medications, etc. can all effect our daily weight. If you are on Atkins, just eating more carbs can up those pounds (it doesn't mean its fat). You are losing fine. You need to change your expectations. Ups and downs are normal. Look at your chart. We don't always lose every week. I had a friend who didn't lose for months and went down 4 sizes. You can lose fat and not see it on the scale. You are doing fine.
