I feel like I am stuck in this weight window and cant get away from it. I workout really hard and push myself incredibly. I know I have gained muscle but I feel like I should be losing so much more weight than I am.
I work out harder than normal and I am eating healthier than normal and being very strict about my calories. The only thing I can say that I am not doing very well is drinking water. I am going to focus on that a little better. Someone told me once that if you dont get enough water in your system your body will naturally retain any that you take in (as if preparing itself for a shortage). So the more you take in, the less you retain. We'll see what happens!
Im hoping that if I can just get over this hill I will start losing dramatically. Fingers Crossed!!!!

I know the feeling, been stuck for a while. I was not a water drinker, but I "brew" (put hot water in a pitcher with tea bags) and drink tons of it all day. I have found if I drink out of a straw I tend to drink more? Not sure why lol so there is always a straw in my cup. I didn't look at your food journal, but be sure to track everything and maybe you can see what needs to be adjusted. I use webmd.com for my RDI, this site was way too high. Good luck on your journey.
