I almost didnt go to the gym last night. I was having such a 'blah' day. I felt ugly and unmotivated. I am SOOOO glad I did. By the time I got home my mood had lifted dramatically. I even felt skinnier. lol. I'm sure because of my muscles being tighter from the workout. Either way it was beneficial. I was ecstatic to get on the scale this morning to see that I had lost 1.6 pounds!! Whoop Whoop!!!!!
