Mistakenly added yesterday's meal to today listing so I am working off of yesterday's blank page for what I am actually eating today.
Had to skip work yesterday because of a sick mini-me at home. Ate like crap of course because all of the junk food was readily within my reach. Didnt get as good of a workout at the gym last night as I would have hoped and today it is closed (**whant whant whant :(**)
Hoping I can kick my own ass in a workout at home to help it but I know I wont do as well as if I had been doing them in class.
I really need to be meaner to myself. This weight is NOT coming off like I want it to.
