seems so silly to promise all things and in two days not deliver anything!! again and again!! That seems to have been my track record--2-3 days of good behavior and then upchucking it all!

well, starting again tonight...today was supposed to be good, and I tried to do all low-carbs, but after one meal of scrambled eggs, meatless crumbles, and cheese and veggies, I was craving some carbs again!! I cheated and had some crackers and cheese, and then a quinoa salad with cramberries for dinner.

I have 4 days to get somewhat thinner for my sister's bachelorette..it's too late to think I'll be able to buy an outfit in a smaller size for the party!

Tonight I went for my usual walk again (total 2.2 miles) but for some reason I felt so tired halfway through..is that me feeling out of shape so completely?? This sucks! last summer I was so buff and fit--was able to do 3 hours of gym time daily! And now I can't even do a 40 mins fast walk!!

Tomorrow I have my gym-date at 7 am...hopefully I won't bail--she will totally give up on me this second time if I did!! Gonna set the alarm and get to bed early!!

Wish me luck y'all!! I seem to have been under some dark moon for over a year and can't seem to get my mojo back completely!!! I needed 15 pounds to lose, but now that I gained all this weight, I have 28 pounds to lose!!!!

Dark moons. Okay I will use that as my excuse too. Did good for a week and then there was today. Way to go on getting out and walking. I get winded just thinking about it. Have fun at the party.
