Well things are not getting any easier and eating and exercising are not even in my realm right now...it sucks, but I really just don't even care! I know I need to get back on track, but it isn't working! I am not gaining and that is good, but I know that I will not loose if I continue to not do anything! I think I only ate like 5 times the entire weekend and I know that is very bad, but I guess I have to give it time just like everything else!

I just wanted to post and say thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers! I read every ones posts and it helps so much, you guys are all doing great, keep up the good work! Maybe once I get past this I will loose the weight that I am looking to loose!

I did start to try to eat right again today, you know every few hours and so far so good, but I am just not motivated to work out much. Although I did play 10 games of softball this weekend, so that is pretty good!

Well, keep up the great work and I will be trying to get back on track soon!!!

That makes me tired just reading "10 games of softball". Don't be so hard on yourself. Get back on track in baby steps and pretty soon you will be all there:)

Take your time. 10 games sound like exercise to me!!! Make sure you keep in touch.

Look at how far you have come. A weight loss of 20 pounds since January is great. Doesn't matter that you are losing it overnite,what is important is that you ar keeping it off and you are doing it the right way. Like GoPackers said, Don't be hard on yourself and get back with the program!!
