A new year, a new me!! At least I hope so. I plan to go on a cruise next February so I have all of this year to prepare myself for bikini weather. It will be a feat for sure. I haven't been bikini worthy since middle school. But this is a big deal for me and, as such, should be a HUGE motivator.
I am on a new diet plan. Mostly organics and low calories (1500, compared to the 2400 that FS thinks I should have. I think that's a bit high even for a non-dieter).
My digital scale is conveniently out of batteries so I cant weigh in. Although I completely bombed all of my meals over the holidays so I am fairly certain there will be an increase. Thats ok. I will consider it simply a stock up of carbs and fat before I starve myself of them. lol.
