I LOVE BAGGY PANTS I was feeling down because I haven't lost weight in over a week. Then, I took my size 20 pants and pulled them out... about 5" and they are about six weeks old! Now I feel better.

I hate when I am up a pound, down a pound. Of course, I weighed myself at 11pm this morning - not 8 when I normally weigh myself. So that might have something to do with it.

I am exercising more - that might be putting on muscle weight...who knows.

Suzanne, just because you aren't losing weight doesn't mean that you aren't losing inches. Are you checking measurements? Based on your pants, this is already a given.

Yes :D - I had forgotten abuot the 'inches' in the last week. I am glad I remembered. It makes me feel good :D
