Today's lunch! I started keto diet 4 days ago and the food you can eat is just amazing! It's very difficult to stay under 18g of carbs per day but if you are a cheese lover it's the diet for you!

I agree but I try to keep carbs under 40 as it's a more realistic target for me. Tea tonight was cauliflower rice, mushrooms, celery, grated courgette in a sauce made with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. I record my food on Myfitnesspal as it's a bit more convenient - it syncs with my Fitbit. Good luck with the diet.

I looked at that diet but just in my meal replacement shake there is over 17 grams of carbs so I am sticking to counting calories. it does look really nice 😉

Hi interested to know more about the keto diet. How many days have you been on it? Do keep us updated with how it's going. X I'm struggling to keep with a low calorie diet. So keto may be what I need. X

I will keep you updated! Tomorrow it's weight day! Can't wait to see how much I lost in one week! I find this diet a bit difficult to be onest, but is just week one and I'll keep going because I can already see that my belly look different! And I'm not bloated anymore! Hi, I have been doing keto for about 6 weeks now, and yes, I found it a bit difficult in the first two weeks but after I found great recipes to substitute those things that I used to eat a lot like bread and ice cream it has made it so much easier for me. I noticed a lot of difference in my body and my mood. Take it slowly and be strong because there will be tough days until your body is adapted to fat burning. Good luck!

I have just started the keto diet a week ago and am starting to see results with my diabetes, energy levels and sleep all improving. I did the keto diet a few years ago for 6 months and felt amazing, but sadly fell off the wagon. Hopefully I'll stick with it this time as it's definitely worth it! Good luck
