So yeah I'm still avoiding exercise...not quite sure why...I think it is just getting there...once I get started it is awesome. Tomorrow night I will try to make the pilates class...right now I'm working on a paper that has to be turned in tonight. Still dropping pounds though, but I really want to be toning up too. Let's see if I can get in 5 workouts this week...that is my goal...I do want to see if I can get down to 185 by Aug 14.

That damn exercise hump! But you already realize that once you just do it, it'll be so great. It's just the actually doing it that's a pain at first. Nice goal for the week. Keep up the great work! = )
