long time no talk. was on vacation for the last 2 weeks. and it was wonderful - sun, sand, ocean, family, friends, lots of laughing. i really needed a break, it was great!
my food intake, however, notsohot. confession - i didn't even try. so, needless to say there were carbs involved and sugar and alcohol, but oh well. i'm back now and ready to get back to it. so, really that's the important thing. i haven't stepped on the scale yet... am going to wait until my usual weigh in day on friday - but i'm sure i gained while i was away...
