Absolutely! It beats paying a monthly fee and going to a sports club which is what some entities would have us believe is the only real exercise. Strange how some people will do all kinds of work in the gym and consider it exercise, but find it difficult to do any household chores. Keep up the excellent work Knewton, your chart looks great.

I would consider it exercise (esp. since they consider household chores such as laundry/ironing as exercise)
