It's so easy to just lose steam. I was chugging along, losing weight with so much enthusiasm, telling everybody I knew how easy it was turning out to be. i was proud and had a completely new outlook on my eating habits, life in general, and food. I lost about 15 lbs and then... complacency hits. I just kind of stopped. I didn't keep track of every single thing, i didn't weigh myself consistently on every Friday, i just kind of stalled. a month or two later i find myself reinvigorated, all it took was my brothers new found motivation to lose weight and seeing how excited he was... like puppy love but with yourself. it reminded me of how happy i was to finally be making changes for my own benefit and i wondered why i ever stopped.

i think every relationship is work, even the one you have with yourself. Love yourself, don't take yourself for granted, you are worth the hard work! I'M BAAAACCCK!!!!
