Umm how hard was that to log? I don’t see ‘venison heart’ being a listing in the log lol. Heart isn’t for me either but hubby used to eat it all. I figure it saves on dog food and our dog loves stuff like that. Of course she also likes chewing on the leg which isn’t pretty. Carries it around like a darn trophy. Like she got the deer lol.

I just logged venison twice and minced garlic and butter peeper Jen 😂♥️💜💚Totally Bill and so thankful and so dang delicious 😋 and it’s going to last us a while 🤗🙌 omg , back straps, flank steaks😋 we have a meat grinder and bought extra back fat thick bacon to grind with the venison for burger.... chili, meatloaf, meatballs, etc.

Beef heart is listed at 130 calories for 3 oz cooked. I would imagine venison is similar.

Oh dear... 😂 Venison is awesome but if folks don’t know how to prepare it, it can taste really “gamey”. I’m sure yours rocks!

Love venison 🤗🤗😋 the heart was absolutely delicious 🤤 thanks Shirfleur🤗 they had every other heart listed but venison 😂 jheeden, that’s so true! My favorite organ is the liver, but hubby didn’t keep it😕
