Another win at the gym tonight, 5 pull ups, check my weight and tell me that's not a beastly accomplishment :D
Not feeling lighter today, but my calories are low enough to make a modest improvement, or at the very least brake even. My deficit is only low enough to drop a 1/2 lb a day, so anymore is just water or glycogen energy stores.
