It's good to be back on track recording food again. I tried over the holidays, but it's really difficult with all of the tempting foods at various parties and gatherings. I did manage to continue avoiding the major carb culprits (wine, pasta starchy veggies, sugar and baked goods. Ate lots of cheese. We were at a resort in Puerto Vallarta for 3 weeks and I managed to drop a few pounds while I was there and then I gained it back when we came home.
