Still no workout today, but I'm feeling a smidge better, so hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get a workout in. I didn't eat horribly yesterday because of not feeling well, so I guess that's a plus. Today, I didn't have time to make lunch so I grabbed a sandwich at the grocery store and I'm thinking I may not be able to eat the whole thing because it is so high in calories, but I'm actually hungry right now so we'll see. It's almost another weekend, so I've got to try to keep myself from eating horribly. I do have some healthier options for lunches and that's where I usually struggle, so hopefully I can do okay. I need to find a good banana recipe that I can make this weekend, I've got some bananas that need to be used or I'll have to throw them out. I guess I know what I'll be doing with my Friday evening. :) Have a great weekend!!
