Today is a busy day, so I'm going to try to be quick. I'm feeling somewhat negative today, I think it's just being tired. I didn't get a workout in this morning because I was tired, we got home around 10 and I was late to bed. My son's game may be rained out tonight, and if it is I'll try to workout tonight, as long as I can stay awake. I will definitely get a workout done tomorrow morning.
I went a little over 1500 cals. yesterday too and I definitely didn't need it. I'm trying to do better but it seems like I just can't keep myself under 1500, maybe it's just my negative attitude today. I'm still going to try to make the right choices so if I go over it's fruit or veggies instead of junk.
I'm going to try to change my negative attitude today. I think once I'm back to my regular workouts I'll feel better.
