into the 150's fuck yeah!! I am so happy, it's happened naturally because i haven't been on a diet or exercise routine untill now. but now i am back on the strict life i have a gym 5mins from my house and great new friends to motivate me. my housemate is even more commited than me :P but she will keep me motivated. my IBS is pretty bad atm which is making eating reguarly very hard but i am doing my best. I got the flu a few weeks ago which really shut my appetite down, i didnt eat for a week which ended in fainting, but since then my lovely friends have been making sure that i have been eating and healthily.

Life is confusing a bit. the boy who i was desperate to see has pretty much ignored me since i have been here but i have met a new boy who is always telling me how beautiful i am and how much i mean to him and how he wouldnt trade me for anything. and although we are only friends i cant lie he makes my day at the moment and keeps me motivated to stay on track. he himself has lost 33lbs since last april so he's a huge motivation for me.

so yeah im back on here as much as possible and as soon as i get a proper spare moment i will try and catch up with your journals :)
