Just a hair below 220, as usual. I had a thought over the weekend and hopefully it pays off. I realized that I'm likely in "starvation" mode. The weight came off real fast and slowly tapered off. Now, I've been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months despite killing myself working out. I had thought that if I work out hard I would offset this phase. Apparently not? I am going to increase my calories a bit to see if I can shake this and break out of my plateau. I'll keep up with the exercise, of course. Happy Monday!
