Ha ha, baby squats or adult squats with added baby. That i have not tried. Actually that would be a REALLY good workout. Babies are pretty heavy! 😂 I have done biceps curls holding my 10-pound chihuahua though 😁

🤣Yep! I surprised myself how tough it became. She’s 14 months now and she absolutely loved it. Now she holds up her arms to do them again. I do arm raises with my littles too and let them lay their stomachs on my legs and I lift them. Creative workouts 😂🤣
