I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th!! I had a good time, but I ate way too much. I did okay with the regular food, but the sweets did me in. I had a bad combo of not feeling well, being frustrated (because I've lost my voice yet again), and being somewhat emotional, so it didn't help that there were brownies and cookies around. I'm still not feeling the best today, but have to work, so hopefully I can resist any temptations throughout the day. My weigh in on Monday probably won't be pretty.

No workout this morning because we were up late with all of the fireworks going off last night, and I still feel junky. I didn't workout yesterday either because I wasn't feeling well and my ears were plugged and making me dizzy, the last thing I need is to be dizzy and jump around during my workout and fall (again). I'm going to try to do my wokrout tonight if I'm feeling okay, but if I don't feel well it's going to wait til tomorrow.

Hope you get to feeling better! I ate too much yesterday too, a lot of picking and snacking, but I planned on it so I'm not too worried about it today. Will drink lots of water today to get rid of the sodium swelling (too many potato chips!). I have to work today too :( Hope the day goes by fast! Have a great weekend!

What workout are you doing, if you don't mind me asking. I'm not much of a jumper myself, I'm as clumsy as they come!

I'm doing Turbo Fire, and she does a lot of double bobs, which you kind of hop to the side, then punch while bringing your knee up. She does some other moves too that I just know wouldn't be good for me when I'm already dizzy, because I'm clumsy too. :)
