I am at this Fat Flush DIet Again. I have one more week on Phase 1, and then will jump to Phase II. The last time I did this almost 3 years ago I went from 221 lbs down to 165. Then I got sick, and lost another 5, then ballooned back to 221 over two years. I want to set my goal at 180, with more physical activity this time. I am still not well, but I want to do this. I am hoping that my medications can balance with the diet. I feel better allready, and only cheated one day!
