I did a different workout last night and I am feeling it today. It's funny how you can do the same type of workout for a long time and feel fine, then you change it up for one day and your muscles ache. I'm doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 this week and I can tell a difference from last time I did it, I'm in better shape now and can do more.

My eating yesterday wasn't the worst calorie wise, but I had too much junk. Today is going to hopefully be better, but this morning I didn't have time to cut up my fruit, so I just grabbed a granola bar. Not the best choice but I should still be okay. I'm going to the store on my break so I may just grab a fruit bowl or something to have with dinner tonight. I need to get more fruit and veggies in, I've been slacking the last couple of weeks.

It's nice not to be so busy this week. Last night I actually had time to get my workout in and clean the bathroom and fold the rest of the laundry. Tonight I'll do my workout and see what I have time for after dinner, probably helping the kids with homework.

It is funny how you can really feel when you are doing something different. This weekend hubby and I washed and waxed our car and truck and I couldn't believe how much I could feel it in my legs. Could definitely tell I haven't been consistent with my workouts! Hoping to change that this weekend though. I finally feel almost normal today, so I'm going to sit down and figure out a work out schedule, then get to it!!

I also do JM workouts and have done the 30 day shred video and it doesn't seem to matter if you do them all the time or start back up, I always hurt the next day.
