I felt like I had hit a plateau so on July 1st I switched my WW plans. I have been walking consistently for about 3 months now, but added in challenges. I am on my second round of a 5 week squat challenge, week 3 of a 30 day plank challenge, and day 7 of a 30 day push up challenge. Yesterday at my weigh in I was down 2.2 lbs in 2 weeks. I may be at goal, but I am not fit. I'm trying to trade flab for muscle. I'm hoping the challenges will get me there.
