Just finished doing p90x shoulders/arms. It wasn't that bad at all, though I'm sure I'm gonna be real sore later. My 5 lb weights aren't gonna be enough soon, woo hoo! I don't think I am eating enough, gotta work on that, have things prepared so I don't have to think about it. Gonna do ab ripper x later, we'll see how I feel then. Cheers!
