I dropped 2lb since yesterday. I have learned that my body does that - drop a lot, and then move back up, and then slowly start to move back down.

It does. Especially since I've noticed that the more I follow the diet, the longer the stall periods are. At first they were only 4 weeks. Now they appear to be 5 or 6 weeks. I don't know if that is because I am not walking as much now that the weather is cold, or if it has something to do with another problem that I don't see.
