Office dish-to-pass Thanksgiving luncheon today. All dishes were labeled with ingredients lists, so I was able to stick to the vegan options. I brought a big green salad with homemade dressing, and a vegan pie. I like to bring enough food to this type of event that I know I won't be driven by hunger to the less healthy choices. I feel like I did pretty well today... now I just need to do as well with the real Thanksgiving dinner!
