40g oat flour
50g grated carrots
0.5 tsp baking powder
100g plain yoghurt
2 sweetener
2 egg whites
0.5 scoop protein powder
15g raisins
Icing:
0.5 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp yoghurt
10g simply delish zero sugar instant pudding

Just mix everything together and microwave for like 5 minutes and then mix icing ingredients separately...
Add cinnamon if you like 😁
