Today was a fairly good day. Hectic as usual. I was on my feet from 7am to 7pm....totally exhausted. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the gym, I went home and had a WW frozen dinner, some Sugar-free, fat-free pudding and a glass of wine. Tomorrow is going to be another crazy day, I have to get to the gym though. It's dark in CT by 5pm so I can't go home and take a walk w/the dog. I hope I have the stamina to get to the gym at the end of the day tomorrow. Wish me luck!
