Hello good people of fatsecret. I have to admit in my journal today that I ate terribly and did not exercise. I ate the following:

--Too much coffee w/ too much hazelnut creamer
--half a sandwhich with 1 boiled egg, hummus, and guac
--brown rice with broiled chicken and broccoli
--1 bag of harbaros gummy bear
--1 slice of cake (mostly the cake; little to no icing)
--1/2 a slice of a cheese pizza
--chicken tikka misala with spaghetti
--kale chips (1 small bag)

--did not get a chance to exercise.

Pretty frustrated because I feel like I worked my a** last week, and this week, just because I have so many assignments going on, I feel distracted and a little on edge that I did not follow my solid routine. Anyone have thoughts on hitting bumps? thanks for reading.

Gonna hit it hard tomorrow. Back on the grind tomorrow. It is definitely difficult to have a productive day when you're having difficulty getting up in the morning.

Hey, Seltis!!! Thanks for the buddy invite. Don't beat yourself up over it. I think 4 pounds in just a couple of weeks is pretty respectable. I guarantee you put the weight on much, much slower than that rate. So, you're already taking it off faster than it went on. That's FANTASTIC! Keep your mind focused, don't sweat the little stuff, and you can SOOOO DO THIS!!!! We're on your side! Drop me a line if you need some motivation. Best wishes.
